Community specialists Tribes Research and Syno International, a leading data company, have entered a partnership agreement which will bring together some of the best research and panel technology with an agency which has years of experience building and maintaining community panels.
The deal comes after significant upgrades to Syno International’s panel management product, SynoPanel. Recent improvements include a new rewards backbone, survey invitation interface and various other features.
Tribes have completed the migration of all its communities to Syno’s platform and now benefit from a seamless interaction with all Syno’s products – including a survey tool, data-lake and research automation products. Through SynoCloud, Syno’s proprietary platform, Tribes can collect multiple data points via different data sources, 3rd parties and match this back to a single, unique ID. This help Tribes Research to not only efficiently gather data from a client’s community but also to match that to their client’s broader customer base.
The deal also enables Syno International to offer its clients a range of services from Tribes Research. These includes moderation of community activities and guidance in all aspects on how to best set up and manage insight communities.
