
Linking Purchase Verification with Survey Data for Validated Insights
The Challenge:
Jonas Arnberg at Prijo was asked by a multinational technology company engaged in e-commerce to conduct a survey regarding customer views on different delivery options. The target group for the survey was the customers of the multinational e-commerce company. However, internal regulations prevented the use of existing customer contact data for research purposes.
The Solution:
Jonas contacted Syno to help reach the target group of consumers using the client’s services and conduct the fieldwork. By utilizing the Again App panel that is available on the Syno platform, Syno could find panel members who had purchased one or several products from the e-commerce company.

Panel members who met criteria such as the recent purchase date and order size were invited to participate in the survey.
At the end of the fieldwork, purchase data information was added to the survey data for each respondent, ensuring that no personally identifiable information was included.
