Online survey data cleaning, weighting and preparation for delivery;
Statistical data analysis with Spss / Excel / R / Python;
Data visualisation with local dashboard system / Power BI;
Reporting and text coding;
Data segmentation, clusterization.
Fluent spoken and written english;
Excelent excel (macros/pivots) skills, working experience with SPSS / R / Python;
Ability to work with tight deadlines;
Data visualisation experience (Power BI / Tableau/ etc.);
Work experience in market research area is advantage.
Communicate with panel members via emails;
Solve their problems related with our product;
Escalate problems requiring more in-depth knowledge to the technical team;
Document support issues and build knowledge base;
Contribute to building better customer experience.
Fluent spoken and written english. Swedish / norwegian is an advantage;
At least 2 years experience in user support, support systems like Zendesk knowledge is an advantage;
Service oriented mindset with strong communication skills in order to discuss technical issues and sometimes serve difficult panelists/customers;
Quick decision making;
Ability to multi-task while still working in a structured manner.
Realization of pages and user interface;
Programming of information systems and their components;
Integration and deployment of information systems;
Construction of databases.
To be responsible and focused on code quality;
At least 2 years experience in programming;
MySQL, PHP and karkasus (Laravel, Symfony, Zend or other.);
Lithuania, English languages.
