What's in the free plan?

Client support, the global omnibus, survey distribution and up to 50 users — enough to run real projects at no cost.

How does annual billing work?

Subscribe to an annual Syno Cloud license and get two months free — Premium works out to €5,000 per year.

What counts as a user?

A seat in your Syno Cloud workspace: 50 on Free, 100 on Premium and unlimited on Enterprise.

Are fieldwork costs included?

Email send-outs are included (10,000/month); panel and SMS reach are priced by target group. Panel completes are €0.20 each.

Can I change plans later?

Yes — upgrade whenever you need more, or move to Enterprise for unlimited users. Just get in touch.

What are Managed Services?

Our team handles scripting, project management, translations, reporting and dashboard development for you.
